Job Description

Role Overview: You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst joining the Regulatory Reporting team. Your main responsibilities include executing assigned Regulatory Reporting production activities, ensuring the 4-eye principle is followed, conducting spot checks, maintaining process manuals, managing queries within the team, assisting in reviewing process changes, planning backups during leaves, escalating issues in time, maintaining communication with various departments, practicing teamwork culture, getting involved in process improvement projects, and assisting other teams during contingencies. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure processes are performed as per defined Key Operating Processes (KOP). - Responsible for completing day-to-day activities as per standards and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. - Ensure team adherence to all cut-off times/deadlines and maintain quality processing as per SLAs. - Respond to queries/first-level escalations related to routine activities within specified timeframes. - Conduct checks and maintain documentation for future reference. - Act as a backup for team colleagues in their absence and share best practices. - Escalate unusual activities and potential risks to the Team Manager. - Communicate with stakeholders to share process updates or escalate issues. - Stay updated on basic regulatory requirements and changes with support from organization-provided training. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of Regulatory Reporting & Asset Management. - 3 years of experience required, with Regulatory experience (MIFID, EMIR, etc. beneficial). - Knowledge and usage of applications/tools like Aladdin, Bloomberg advantageous. - Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to take on responsibility, prioritize work, manage time effectively, and learn new tasks. - Sound desktop PC skills including Microsoft Office. - Basic German Language knowledge would be beneficial. - Ability to work quickly and accurately, even under tight deadlines. - Team-playing skills and flexibility in working hours.
