As a Registered Nurse in Nursing Services, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing compassionate and competent care to patients across various healthcare settings
You will assess patient needs, plan and implement nursing interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, psychological, and social aspects
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patients' needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and clinical protocols
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established policies, protocols, and medication administration guidelines
Monitor patients' vital signs, observe and document changes in their condition, and report any concerns to the healthcare team
Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, wound care, and pain management
