Regional Wealth & Investment Strategist

About the Role

We're looking for a highly self-motivated Regional Wealth & Investment Strategist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving overall branch-level asset growth and ensuring the success of our Wealth Relationship Manager (WRM) team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a client-focused approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed branch-level asset targets.
• Drive the team to achieve and surpass performance goals.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships to increase asset ownership.
• Develop and implement training and certification programs for the team.
• Spearhead product activation, with a specific focus on PMS/AIF deals.
• Contribute significantly to zone and group profitability.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. A postgraduate degree or MBA is a strong advantage.

• Experience:

  Over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Certifications:

  Relevant

  NISM

  and other professional certifications.

• Skills:

  Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate, influence, and mentor others.

• Leadership:

  A client-focused mindset with robust team management skills and the ability to inspire commitment and drive high performance.
