Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist for the West Region dealer network, your role involves driving capability development, performance improvement, and manpower retention. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps within the sales force. - Delivering structured training programs focused on Product, Process, and Soft Skills. - Leading new hire induction programs to align new sales personnel with organizational expectations. - Mentoring and coaching high-potential or critical talent. - Supporting in the design and development of training content and modules aligned with business goals. You will also be responsible for: - Assisting dealerships in recruiting sales manpower as per defined standards and business needs. - Streamlining and implementing incentive plans and salary structures to drive motivation and productivity. - Ensuring timely disbursement and compliance with compensation policies. Additionally, your role involves: - Conducting Sales Process Audits and evaluating dealership performance against benchmarks. - Facilitating regular sales reviews and identifying actionable areas for improvement. - Implementing customer experience best practices across all dealer outlets to maintain brand standards. Furthermore, you will: - Organize and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and reduce attrition. - Drive initiatives to build a positive and performance-oriented culture within dealer teams. In collaboration with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and the Head Office Training Team, you will align regional training strategies with national objectives. As a training consultant and strategic partner to dealership leadership, you will focus on capability enhancement and business performance. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Management or related field. - 6-10 years of experience in Sales Training, Dealer Development, or HR within the automotive or retail sector. - Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a wide network of internal and external stakeholders. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.,
