Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive capability development, performance improvement, and manpower retention across the dealer network in the West Region by delivering strategic training initiatives, mentoring key talent, and implementing human capital and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Team Development & Training

  • Conduct

    Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

    to identify skill gaps within the dealership sales force.
  • Deliver structured training programs focused on

    Product, Process, and Soft Skills

    .
  • Lead

    new hire induction

    programs to onboard and align new sales personnel with organizational expectations.
  • Mentor and coach

    high-potential or critical talent

    to improve their readiness and performance.
  • Support in the

    design and development of training content

    and modules aligned with business goals.

2. Manpower Planning & Performance Management

  • Assist dealerships in

    recruiting sales manpower

    as per defined standards and business needs.
  • Help streamline and implement

    incentive plans and salary structures

    to drive motivation and productivity.
  • Ensure timely

    disbursement

    and compliance with compensation policies.

3. Operational Excellence & Audit

  • Conduct

    Sales Process Audits

    and evaluate dealership performance against benchmarks.
  • Facilitate regular

    sales reviews

    and identify actionable areas for improvement.
  • Implement

    customer experience best practices

    across all dealer outlets to maintain brand standards.

4. Engagement & Retention

  • Organize and implement

    employee engagement programs

    to boost morale and reduce attrition at the dealership level.
  • Drive initiatives to build a

    positive and performance-oriented culture

    within dealer teams.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with

    Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs),

    and the

    Head Office Training Team

    to align regional training strategies with national objectives.
  • Act as a

    training consultant and strategic partner

    to dealership leadership for capability enhancement and business performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Management or related field.
  • 610years of experience in

    Sales Training

    ,

    Dealer Development

    , or

    HR

    within the

    automotive or retail

    sector.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
