Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all mandatory & Just-in-Time training Program for the DOs & all their respective BOs
  • Help the Branch Managers and Regional Heads to deliver training program
  • Co-ordinate with the Regional Heads and Branch Managers for training requirements and prepare the Monthly Activity Plan by the end of the previous month
  • Send all required Reports in time
  • Maintain all auditable data like Entry/Exit Test papers & Feedback Forms for all trainings conducted
  • Be the knowledge bank for Products / Insurance Details & Processes

COMPETENCIES BEING LOOKED AT

Essential Knowledge / Skill Sets:

  1. Good in Spoken & Written Communication in English & Local Language
  2. Confident of handling 10-25 participant sessions independently
  3. Should have Industry specific knowledge of Insurance.

4. Know-how about Insurance Industry & Products
