Job Description

You will be responsible for educating the Service & Contact Center Team in the technological/After Sales field as a Technical Trainer. With at least 4 years of experience in the Training domain or Knowledge Management related to Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, AIoT, and Smart TV Products, you will bring valuable expertise to the role. A 3 Year Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication or equivalent engineering experience is required for this position. Proficiency in Excel and Presentation tools is essential, along with experience in facilitation and team handling skills. Effective communication skills, both oral and written in English, are a must-have for this role. Joining our team as a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in developing the knowledge and skills of the Service & Contact Center Team.,
