Maatrum Technologies Private Limited is a real estate title diligence and verification company. Weare an Indian start-up creating an Online Real Estate Title Verification system powered by
technology. We have developed proprietary software, which integrates with and extracts documents from multiple government websites to download encumbrance certificates, revenue records and other key documents. Our team of in-house real estate lawyers and paralegal professionals utilise the output from this proprietary software to furnish title diligence reports and various other legal documents that are used by banks and NBFCs to process home loans and loans against properties where the collateral is an immovable property. We are operating in 6 states with offices in 5 strategic locations with a growing employee strength of 200+ professionals.

This role will manage and oversee the day-to-day valuation of the Pune delivery centre. Your key
focus is to drive quality with increased productivity and deliver top class customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Technical Valuation & Reporting
Conduct and oversee technical property visits for Affordable Housing Loan, commercial, and SME.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of technical valuation reports in line with TAT and SLA.
Review and vet reports for compliance with local bylaws, industry norms, and internal standards.
Handle high-value and affordable housing valuations.
Conduct intangible property and project finance evaluations.
2. Valuation Retainer Network Management:
Manage empaneled technical vendors, monitor performance, and ensure timely report submissions.
Handle vendor billing, invoice verification, and payment processing in accordance with contract
terms.
Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize technical
service delivery.
Manage and expand the valuation retainers network specifically for Maharashtra (MH) and Madhya
Pradesh (MP) to strengthen regional coverage and ensure quality outputs.
3. Loan Case Management
Manage technical evaluations for loan cases ensuring accurate assessments and compliance with
business and risk standards.
Support Affordable Home Loans, MICRO LAP, MSME, and Business Term (BT) loan cases with
property vetting and documentation.
4. Client Interaction & Service Excellence
Interact with clients regularly to collect feedback, address concerns, and improve technical service
quality.
Enhance client satisfaction by identifying and closing service gaps in the technical evaluation
process.
5. Policy & Compliance
Contribute to the design and implementation of technical policies across the organization.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
6. Market & Industry Analysis
Prepare detailed market and industry analysis reports to support lending decisions and business
strategy.
Create comprehensive property dossiers for client and internal reference.
7. MIS & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date MIS dashboards for technical activities, including report status, vendor SLAs,
TAT compliance, and case progress.
Provide regular reporting to leadership to support informed decision-making.
8. Team Leadership & Training
Lead and manage technical teams across multiple states.
Deliver technical training sessions to internal business teams to ensure process alignment and
upskilling.
Allocate resources effectively and guide the team on complex technical matters.
Oversee and guide the valuation retainers network in MH & MP to ensure consistent quality,
compliance, and efficiency.
