Job Description

The Technical Manager must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Technical Managers are the primary technical resource for the sales force. Technical Manager are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. Technical Manager should work very closely with System Integrators & partners in our target market segments. TM must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned SI/ Partner to assure SI/ partner satisfaction through all stages of the association. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle. Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs Able to convey customer/alliance partner requirements to Product Management teams Able to travel throughout sales territory. Deepen technical engagement with partners to improve the customers’ confidence and knowledge about how Radware solutions work and how well they perform with partners’ solutions, hence strengthening our value proposition.
