Job Description – Regional Manager (Sales) – Machine Manufacturing

Location: Bengaluru ( local Bengaluru, Candidate Karnataka )

Experience Required: 5–8 years in Industrial/Machine Manufacturing Sales

Budget: ₹8 – 10 LPA

Key Responsivities::

• Achieve assigned regional sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase market penetrant in South India.
• Act as the primary liaison with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Negotiate deals, close contracts, and ensure smooth order execution. Identify large projects, tenders, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales & service teams for seamless pre- and post-sales support.
• Ensure timely customer payment recovery and maintain sales/accounting records.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic actions.
• Visit Head Office periodically for technical and commercial updates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

•  Regional sales growth (100%) against targets. 
• Number of new clients/projects acquired.
• Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
• Timely collection of payments (DSO – Days Sales Outstanding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
