Regional Sales Manager - West Zone

You will be working as a Regional Sales Manager - West Zone for Penetron India Private Limited (PIPL) in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales operations in the West Zone, achieve sales targets, devise sales strategies, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility. Your role will also involve scouting for new business prospects, compiling sales reports, and representing the company at industry events. Additionally, you will be in charge of appointing Distributors and Applicators, coordinating B2B sales, conducting training sessions for team members, and facilitating Learning & Development programs. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in sales, a proven track record in developing sales strategies, exceptional customer relationship management skills, effective communication abilities, strong organizational and coordination skills, familiarity with the construction and waterproofing industry (preferred), proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite, capability to work autonomously, efficient team management skills, readiness to travel within the West Zone region, and comprehensive knowledge about the Construction Chemicals Industry. Moreover, possessing technical expertise in the Concrete and Construction Chemical Industry will be advantageous.,
