Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager - West Zone located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the West Zone, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and coordinating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and participating in industry events to represent the company. Identify and Appoint Distributors and Applicators and co-ordinate sales and distribution for B2B Sales. Should take up Training initiatives and Learning & Development Exercise for the Team on a timely basis Qualifications Experience in sales and developing sales strategies Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills Strong organizational and coordination abilities Knowledge of the construction and waterproofing industry is a plus Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Willingness to travel within the West Zone region Should have overall knowledge about Construction Chemicals Industry • Should possess technical know-how of the Concrete and Construction Chemical Industry

Your primary responsibility will be to manage sales operations in the West Zone, achieve sales targets, devise sales strategies, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility. Your role will also involve scouting for new business prospects, compiling sales reports, and representing the company at industry events. Additionally, you will be in charge of appointing Distributors and Applicators, coordinating B2B sales, conducting training sessions for team members, and facilitating Learning & Development programs. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in sales, a proven track record in developing sales strategies, exceptional customer relationship management skills, effective communication abilities, strong organizational and coordination skills, familiarity with the construction and waterproofing industry (preferred), proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite, capability to work autonomously, efficient team management skills, readiness to travel within the West Zone region, and comprehensive knowledge about the Construction Chemicals Industry.
