Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing the company's strategy and policies in alignment with business guidelines. Your responsibilities will include successfully launching new products by identifying the right customers through scientific methods. You will be tasked with determining the overall strategy for the business, including the markets to operate in. Your role will involve conducting business development activities to showcase the company's capabilities to both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and continuously monitor the market environment to identify opportunities and new trends. - Evaluate and recommend product/service modifications or enhancements for each region based on market research, customer requirements, historical trends, and competition. - Motivate the team, build a strong team spirit, exercise control, and work towards achieving sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - 8 years of experience in Sales & Business Development preferred, with a total of 8 years of work experience. - Prior experience in sales (7 years) and management (7 years) is preferred. In this role, you will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a performance bonus, and a day shift schedule. The position is full-time and requires reliable commuting or willingness to relocate to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with an employer-provided relocation package.
