Regional Sales Manager-Lucknow

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for implementing the Company's Strategy & Policies in alignment with Business Guidelines. Your key focus will include the successful launch of new products by identifying the right customers through scientific methods. You will play a crucial role in determining the overall business strategy, including the selection of markets to operate in. Your duties will also involve engaging in business development activities to showcase the company's capabilities to both new and existing customers. You will be tasked with developing strategies to acquire new customers, continuously monitoring the market environment to identify opportunities and emerging trends. Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate and recommend product/service enhancements based on market research, customer needs, historical data, and competitive analysis. Motivating your team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring sales target achievements will also be part of your responsibilities.
