As part of our expansion in South India, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive business growth, sales execution, and market penetration across key states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala . Key Responsibilities: Regional Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in Southern India . Doctor & KOL Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the Southern region. Market Expansion & Business Growth: Identify business opportunities and expand the market presence in South India. Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) / Executives to meet sales targets. Distributor & Stockist Management: Strengthen partnerships with distributors, stockists, and channel partners to ensure product availability and seamless supply chain operations. Performance Monitoring & Target Achievement: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the market. Collaboration with Marketing & Medical Teams: Work closely with the marketing and medical teams to align sales initiatives with brand strategies and scientific communication. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations . Key Requirements: Experience: 10-15 years in pharmaceutical sales , with expertise in Acute and Mild Chronic Therapies . Regional Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape across South India , including major metro and Tier 2/3 cities. Doctor & KOL Network: Established relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in the region. Sales & Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing sales teams .
