1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the

  retail woodworking adhesives

  segment.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and penetrate key markets.
• Drive

  sales growth

  through effective distributor and dealer management.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market.

2. Distribution & Channel Management

• Strengthen the distributor and dealer network across

  South India

  .
• Appoint, train, and support distributors & retailers for effective sales execution.
• Ensure proper

  inventory management, pricing strategies

  , and demand forecasting.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of

  Area Sales Managers (ASM), Sales Officers (SO), and Field Sales Executives

  .
• Set clear sales targets and monitor performance through regular reviews.
• Conduct joint field visits and ensure effective customer relationship management.

4. Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Work closely with the

  marketing team

  to execute regional campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and retail activation programs.
• Conduct technical training sessions for dealers, carpenters, and influencers.

5. Customer & Key Account Management

• Develop strong relationships with

  key retailers, contractors, and woodworking professionals

  .
• Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Implement loyalty programs and engagement activities for carpenters & fabricators.

6. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit control policies.

Utilize CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
