Job Description

Formulate strategies to achieve sales target for HL and mortgage products.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Identify and manage risks associated with loan disbursements and collections.
Manage the budget for the regional sales operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and control expenses related to sales activities and team operations.
Keep abreast of new products, services, and changes in the mortgage industry
Increasing the company's market share in the designated region.
Adherence to regulatory requirements and effective risk management practices.
