- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the territory, considering local market characteristics and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including expanding into untapped markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare quotations and technical offers for customers as per their requirements, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and suggest the most suitable solutions, customizing offers when necessary to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct sales visits to clients to present offers, negotiate deals, and maintain a strong presence in the market.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, providing insights into territory performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferable.
- Proven experience in sales management, specifically within the LPG, natural gas, or related industries, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
