Regional Sales Manager - Pipe & Plumbing Company

As a Regional Sales Manager at Florex Green Pipes, your role will be crucial in leading state-level operations in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Your responsibilities will include: - **Distributor & Dealer Network Expansion:** - Identify and onboard new channel partners across Rajasthan & MP. - Strengthen presence in high-potential districts. - **Sales & Revenue Growth:** - Drive primary & secondary sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets. - Analyze market share and identify opportunities for expansion. - **Team Leadership:** - Manage and mentor Area Sales Executives (ASEs) and Sales Officers (SOs). - Ensure strong team performance across all territories. - **Channel Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong dealer/distributor relationships. - Ensure smooth order processing, resolve disputes, and build brand loyalty. - **Reporting & Analytics:** - Submit MIS reports, dashboards, and competitor insights. - Monitor targets vs actuals, beat plans, and distributor ROI. To be successful in this role, you should have: - **Experience:** - 5-15 years in channel sales/distribution (preferably pipes, fittings, hardware, or building materials). - Prior zonal/state-level management in Pipe, Plumbing, Construction Material, or industrial products. - **Education:** - Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or Commerce (MBA Preferred). - **Skills & Tools:** - Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and Distribution Automation. - Strong skills in team leadership, negotiation, and territory planning. - **Languages:** - Proficiency in Hindi & English (Rajasthani/MP dialects a plus). In this role, you will be working from 10 AM to 7 PM IST from Monday to Saturday with extensive travel within Rajasthan & MP.
