As a Regional Sales Manager at Florex Green Pipes, you will be responsible for leading state-level operations in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, expanding the dealer/distributor network, managing sales teams, and building strong channel relationships. If you are a strategic thinker with hands-on field experience in pipes, fittings, or building materials, we invite you to connect with us. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Distributor & Dealer Network Expansion** - Identify and onboard new channel partners across Rajasthan & MP. - Strengthen presence in high-potential districts. - **Sales & Revenue Growth** - Drive primary & secondary sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets. - Analyze market share and identify opportunities for expansion. - **Team Leadership** - Manage and mentor Area Sales Executives (ASEs) and Sales Officers (SOs). - Ensure strong team performance across all territories. - **Channel Relationship Management** - Build and maintain strong dealer/distributor relationships. - Ensure smooth order processing, resolve disputes, and build brand loyalty. - **Reporting & Analytics** - Submit MIS reports, dashboards, and competitor insights. - Monitor targets vs actuals, beat plans, and distributor ROI. **What We're Looking For:** **Experience:** - 5-15 years in channel sales/distribution (preferably pipes, fittings, hardware, or building materials) - Prior zonal/state-level management in Pipe, Plumbing, Construction Material, or industrial products **Education:** - Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or Commerce (MBA Preferred) **Skills & Tools:** - MS Excel, CRM software, Distribution Automation - Team leadership, negotiation, territory planning **Languages:** - Proficiency in Hindi & English (Rajasthani/MP dialects a plus) **Performance Metrics:** - Distributor Retention: > 85% annually - Beat Plan Execution: 90%+ - Reporting Accuracy: 100% on time **Working Conditions:** - Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM IST - Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) - Travel: Yes (Extensive within Rajasthan & MP) If you're ready to lead and grow with a fast-paced, industry-leading brand in pipes and fittings, apply today and make an impact on regional expansion!
