Regional Sales Manager Pharma Generics Retail/OTC

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager for Pro Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., a marketing firm for Themis Pharma's Generic Range in Odisha, your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical generic and OTC products through your retail team. You will collaborate with team members to improve daily workflow efficiency, maintain regular communication with internal customers to secure purchase orders, and drive business growth. Addressing customer queries and complaints, as well as coordinating with interdepartmental functions as necessary, will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical generic and OTC products through the retail team - Collaborate with team members to enhance daily workflow efficiency - Maintain regular communication with internal customers to secure purchase orders and drive business growth - Address customer queries and complaints, coordinating with interdepartmental functions as necessary - Report day-to-day activities, business progress, and any issues to the respective department's head Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical generic retail/OTC industry - Total 5 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in pharma generic sales - Proficiency in English - Prior experience and expertise in pharmaceutical generics/OTC business - Work location is in person in Bhubaneswar, Odisha Additional Details: This full-time position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a day shift schedule, and a performance bonus.
