As a Regional Sales Manager for Pro Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., a marketing firm for Themis Pharma's Generic Range in Odisha, you will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical generic and OTC products through your retail team. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to enhance daily workflow efficiency and maintaining regular communication with internal customers to secure purchase orders and drive business growth. Additionally, you will address customer queries and complaints, coordinating with interdepartmental functions as necessary. With 8-12 years of experience specific to the pharmaceutical generic retail/OTC industry, you will report day-to-day activities, business progress, and any issues to the respective department's head.
