Job Description: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in reviewing sales data regularly and generating reports for senior-level officers. You will utilize business intelligence tools to provide valuable sales insights to the marketing and sales teams. Your responsibilities will include traveling to various organization locations within a designated area to meet and manage sales staff. Additionally, you will review sales policies, update them as necessary, and identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives to enhance sales metrics. Effective communication with sales teams is essential for fostering a team environment. You will also be responsible for planning and conducting sales meetings to provide feedback and sales insights. Interviewing and training new sales employees, as well as overseeing other onboarding tasks as required, will be part of your role.
