Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager - HORECA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targets in the HORECA channel within the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, managing existing accounts, and monitoring sales performance to recommend improvements for goal achievement. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services. Negotiating contracts, agreements, and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction with clients and partners will also be a crucial part of your role. Regular visits to clients are necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Leading, motivating, and training a sales team to achieve maximum performance and results will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaborating with team members to develop effective sales pitches and presentations is essential for success in this role. Keeping abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the HORECA sector is important. Providing insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to refine offerings and strategies will be part of your duties. You will oversee distributor operations to ensure timely delivery and availability of products at client locations. Monitoring distributor performance and ensuring adherence to company policies and targets are also critical aspects of your role. Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team is required. Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas requiring corrective actions will help in driving the business forward. The desired skills and competencies for this role include an in-depth understanding of the HORECA industry, self-motivation, results-driven approach, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, strong leadership, team management abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
