Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Field Manager at HARMAN Lifestyle, you will be responsible for leading the Central region for the Harman Professional products. Your main tasks will include developing the East & Northeast region, managing and developing the Master Dealer & Sub Dealer network, ensuring product availability, and reviewing sales policies and strategies. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and senior area sales managers to meet and exceed ROIs and KPIs through effective sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the East & Northeast region for HARMAN professional products. - Manage & develop the Master Dealer & Sub Dealer network. - Ensure product availability across the region. - Manage KPIs of Master dealer, Sell In, Sell Out, Collection & Forecast. - Build brand awareness specifically for a geographical area. - Review, improvise, and update sales policies and strategies. - Exceed ROIs and KPIs through effective sales performance. - Guide a team of area sales representatives to meet sales targets. - Provide training to the sales team and act as a training sales manager. - Foster strong relationships with clients and resolve queries. - Utilize various communication channels to reach the target audience. - Monitor the performance of area sales reps and adjust sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience with common customer relationship software tools. - Willingness to travel up to 70% for domestic travel. - Proven experience as an area sales manager or field sales manager. - Ability to implement effective sales strategies and meet sales targets. - Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools. - Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
