• Minimum 10 years of experience in Battery Industry
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to oversee and strategize sales operations across the state, leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• A highly motivated and target-oriented individual.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of sales executives.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.
• Prior experience in the battery, power solutions, or related industries is required
• Residing in any major city/town in Punjab and willing to travel frequently within the region
