Regional Sales Manager Decorative Paints & Putties

You will be responsible for promoting and selling Paints & Putties products within the communities of dealers, distributors, and other interested parties. Your main tasks will include implementing all promotional activities, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, creating healthy relationships with new and existing project partners, and finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients. You will need to learn and resolve clients" queries, ensuring they understand both technical and non-technical aspects of their projects. Additionally, you will be required to cover the assigned areas/territory, identify new projects, and possess excellent communication and selling skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 14 years of experience in the Decorative Paints & Putties manufacturing industry, with a qualification of MBA in Marketing or any graduate degree. You must be result-oriented on a daily and monthly basis, presentable, fluent in English and the local language, and have experience in handling primary and secondary sales. A proactive and self-driven approach, along with market knowledge of the particular zone, will be highly beneficial for this role.
