Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth across the region. This role calls for a dynamic professional with deep expertise in data engineering, AI, and analytics solutions, and a proven ability to lead consultative, enterprise-level sales engagements that deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities


  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales for cloud, data engineering, and AI-driven analytics services.
  • Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities with leading enterprises across key industries.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with CXOs, fostering long-term, multi-year engagements.
  • Lead RFP/RFI cycles, coordinating with presales, delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Develop account growth and penetration strategies — from hunting new logos to expanding existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners (AWS, Databricks, Adobe) on joint GTM campaigns and solution co-selling.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and ensure quarterly revenue targets are achieved.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and refine sales playbooks for sharper positioning.
  • Represent our client as a trusted advisor at industry forums, client meetings, and partner events.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in Cloud or Data Solution Sales (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).
  • Domain exposure across BFSI, CPG, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into ROI-driven outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise buying cycles, consultative sales, and RFP processes.
  • A strong network of CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Transformation leaders is an advantage.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or prior experience in data/AI domains are a strong plus.
