Job Description

As an Account Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Client Relationship Management:** - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships. - Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. - Ensure timely and effective responses to client queries and issues. - **Account Growth and Retention:** - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services. - Collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base. - Monitor account performance to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - **Sales and Revenue Growth:** - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts. - Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. - Present products or services, negotiate contracts, and close sales to drive revenue. - **Project Management:** - Oversee client projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. - Coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. - **Reporting and Analysis:** - Prepare regular reports on account status and progress. - Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. - **Customer Support:** - Address client queries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - Provide training and guidance on product/service usage. - Stay updated on industry trends to offer relevant solutions. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) as an Account Manager or similar role - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients In addition to the above role specifics, you will also be required to travel frequently for client meetings, with a preference for 75% travel. This full-time position requires in-person work at our location.,
