Regional Sales and Marketing Manager

You will play a crucial role in driving the sales and marketing efforts for telescopic drawer channels in your designated region. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic plans, building customer relationships, and enhancing brand presence in the market. - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for furniture hardware fittings. - Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand and penetrate key sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients to enhance customer loyalty. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize productivity. - Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to product enhancements. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to maintain a competitive edge. - Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management. - Ensure on-time delivery commitments and adherence to comprehensive warranty standards. - Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote product awareness. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus. - 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in furniture hardware or related industry. - Strong understanding of furniture hardware fittings or similar products. - Excellent leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis. - Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.,
