Role Overview: As a Regional Marketing Manager at Nua, you will be responsible for driving Brand Marketing initiatives in specific geographies to build awareness and consideration. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategies such as Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Events, and more. You will play a crucial part in developing the Regional Marketing Calendar and monitoring performance outcomes to ensure the success of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Co-create the Regional Marketing Strategy by working closely with the Head of Marketing and Category Managers - Implement Regional Marketing Initiatives, both digital and on-ground, by collaborating with internal and external teams - Monitor Performance and Outcomes by tracking metrics and analyzing results against set objectives - Act as Custodian of the Consumer and Market by staying updated on social and cultural trends in the region - Plan Collaterals with the Creative and Content teams to develop relevant marketing materials Qualification Required: - Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Bias for action and a self-starter mindset Any additional details of the company: Nua is a venture-funded, direct-to-consumer brand in India focused on transforming women's wellness.
