Qualifications & Skills: - 8-12 years of experience in private security, facility management, manpower services, or B2B sales. - Proven track record in sales, business development, and revenue growth. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple locations. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of security industry regulations and compliance standards. - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
