About the Role

Agromaxx Industry is looking for a Regional Manager to lead sales, operations, and team management across Madhya Pradesh. The role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of agri-inputs/solutions, and the ability to drive growth through effective farmer and dealer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and expand business in assigned districts.
• Lead and manage field officers, sales executives, and distributors.
• Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and partners.
• Conduct field visits, demos, and promotional activities.
• Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategy.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture / Agribusiness (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in agri-inputs, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, or related field.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh.
• Fluency in Hindi (regional dialects an advantage).
