Job Description

As a Sales Manager for home loans, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales numbers aggressively in order to achieve business targets through cross-selling and by enhancing client relationships. You will work towards retaining and expanding the customer base for mortgage products, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSA), Channel Partners, Chartered Accountants (CA), and Builders will be crucial for maximizing sales opportunities. In addition, you will be tasked with identifying and nurturing key builder and channel relationships, as well as increasing penetration in approved projects. It will be your responsibility to oversee the end-to-end processing of loan files, from the initial stage of application to disbursement, while coordinating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. Providing high-quality customer service and ensuring a strong portfolio quality will be essential aspects of your role. Sales planning and team management will also be a significant part of your duties. You will need to optimize team productivity by effectively managing a team of sales managers, aligning on ground lead generation activities, and supervising the implementation of growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment. Recruiting and grooming quality resources to enhance presentation and selling skills will also be a key focus. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence will be crucial for developing effective sales and marketing strategies. You will be expected to provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on your market insights. Ensuring compliance with all audit, National Housing Bank (NHB) regulations, processes, policies, and company-designed systems will also be a part of your responsibilities. Overall, as a Sales Manager, your role will involve driving sales growth, managing a team, fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Your ability to plan, execute, and adapt to market dynamics will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.,
