Role Overview: As a Regional Manager in Real Estate, your responsibilities will include creating and implementing sales plans, developing business strategies, and leading a team of 17-20 individuals. Your role will involve prioritizing job duties effectively, managing projects to handover, and fostering a customer-centric approach. Your expertise in sales, negotiation skills, and understanding regional marketing requirements will be essential in driving profit and sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement sales plans efficiently - Develop business strategies and cost-effective facility solutions - Participate in real estate planning, design, and development - Initiate property sales through various marketing methods - Conduct comparative market analysis for property valuation - Generate referrals from existing clients - Ensure the success of trade partner meets and new product launches - Analyze market trends and formulate sales and marketing strategies - Conduct sales presentations to corporate clients on-site and in outdoor cities - Lead a team of 17-20 individuals - Maintain positive customer relations and convert leads into customers Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline - Post-graduation in MBA/PGDM with specialization in any field - Strong negotiation skills - Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages - Good communication skills and a positive attitude - Ability to effectively prioritize job duties (Note: Additional details of the company have been omitted in this job description.)
