Job Description

Drive a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to generate business opportunities from new as well as existing set of HNI customers Ensure the team is abreast all the products available in the portfolio and have in-depth knowledge about each product On-board new customers to the bank at individual level and expand the book Drive the team of to cross sell hook products like investments, insurance, Credit Cards etc. Motivate and engage the team of RMs and lay a career path for them to ensure longer association Work with product teams to identify and develop products which are lucrative for the customers Ensure high levels of customer service orientation by driving synergies between RMs and channel partners Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients Coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to third party products cvs can be shared with: PraveenKumar.Racharla@kotak.com
