Regional Manager of Engineering Project, ASIA

As a Regional Manager of Engineering Projects at Siegwerk in Bhiwadi (Delhi/NCR), your role is crucial in supporting all sub-regions/local engineering departments to drive strategic projects across the entire region. You will play a key role in project design, implementation, and management while ensuring alignment with Global Engineering standards. Your tasks will include: - Supporting local engineering teams in designing and implementing key projects - Consulting with the team to determine the best project organization strategy - Identifying preferred key technologies and suppliers for equipment in alignment with Global Engineering - Monitoring project quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and expenses including Gate Reviews, Budget Screening, and KPIs - Developing high-value spares for the region in collaboration with Global Purchasing and Engineering departments - Leading projects of shared interest among sub-regions - Providing project governance and steering support to management - Collaborating with Global Engineering and Purchasing to establish common goals - Conducting training sessions for local Engineers - Developing and disseminating Guidelines and Standards with Global Engineering - Troubleshooting regional and local projects in emergent cases Qualifications/Competences required for this role include: - Related University degree (e.g., Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) - Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in the field of expertise - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management as a project leader - Professional background in an international environment - Experience in managing both engineering and non-engineering projects - Strong conceptual skills - Fluent English communication skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Office If you are interested in this opportunity to contribute to Siegwerk's global impact in the packaging industry, please apply through our online platform.
