Are you a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for international education? We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager / Territory Manager – Sales to join our dynamic sales team in Maharashtra. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving student recruitment, expanding market presence, and supporting our mission to improve global access to education.
Lead Regional Sales Operations: Oversee all sales activities in your assigned region, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Drive Student Demand: Leverage our recruiter network to generate student interest and applications.
Increase Revenue: Promote and sell subscription-based services while optimizing student placements.
Execute GTM Strategies: Design and implement region-specific go-to-market strategies to drive growth.
Experience: 5+ years in sales or marketing, preferably within international student recruitment or the education sector.
Proven Success: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage key accounts, influence stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams.
Strategic Mindset: Experience in developing and executing localized growth strategies.
Industry Insight: Prior experience with agency-based or indirect distribution models is highly desirable.
