Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Agri Inputs Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing regional teams, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales within the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for Agri Inputs products.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the regional marketing team to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with central production and marketing teams to align with market demands.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Agriculture.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Agri Inputs Marketing.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Agri Inputs and regional agricultural practices.
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary:

• Commensurate with experience
• Maximum upto CTC 8.5 LPA.
