Job Summary:

We are hiring Relationship Managers – Sales for a leading stock broking house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, pitching financial products, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new Demat Accounts through open market leads and references
• Pitch investment products like SIP, Mutual Funds, Equity, and Demat A/C
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business development
• Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support
• Educate clients about market trends, products, and investment options
• Attend regular training programs to stay updated with product knowledge and compliance

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience in stock broking, finance, banking, insurance, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach
• Basic understanding of financial products and market operations
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
