Regional Manager - Agrochemical

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales and revenue targets by developing and executing regional sales strategies. You will be required to monitor sales performance, manage distributors, identify new market opportunities, and provide team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Monitor sales performance of the region and take corrective actions when required. - Appoint, develop, and strengthen distributor networks. - Identify new market opportunities and expand product penetration. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. - Set individual targets and review team performance regularly. - Guide the team in handling objections, negotiations, and closing sales. - Coordinate with supply chain for product availability and timely dispatches. - Submit monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to management. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of supply chain operations and market analysis. - Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports to management.
