As the Regional Key Accounts Executive - Modern Trade, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for key modern trade accounts in Kerala. Reporting to the Head of Modern Trade, your duties will include negotiating trade terms such as pricing, promotions, and shelf space, monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, establishing strong relationships with retail chain stakeholders, preparing regular account performance reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Graduate or MBA degree in Marketing or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
