Job Description

Role & responsibilities Experience: 3 - 5 years in HR (preferably in BFSI/NBFC sector) Job Summary: As a Regional HR, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR recruitment across multiple branches within your designated region. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Drive recruitment across regional branches in coordination with central TA team Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires Maintain manpower planning and headcount targets as per business requirements 2. Employee Relations Resolve employee grievances in compliance with labor laws and company policies Conduct regular branch visits and HR audits 3. Performance Management Support implementation of PMS cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews) Coach managers on performance improvement plans and employee feedback 4. HR Operations & MIS Maintain employee database, exit records, and attrition analytics Provide periodic HR reports to leadership and central HR Required Skills: Strong understanding of BFSI industry practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Conflict resolution and stakeholder management Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field Experience in NBFC/BFSI/financial services preferred Interested candidates may share their cvs on the below contact: Shreya Kulkarni shreya.kulkarni@muthootgroup.com 7083625994
