As the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, your role is vital in overseeing teams involved in various aspects of the HSE function. Your responsibilities include: - Leading teams in implementing global HSE policies and aligning them with the organization's mission and vision - Developing local operating procedures in compliance with the Group's HSE Integrated Management System and local regulations - Managing initiatives to drive continuous HSE improvement and operational compliance - Overseeing the development of management information reports for the global Risk, Business Assurance, and Compliance management team - Coordinating with third parties to minimize risk and enhance the organization's HSE reputation - Profiling all Group and supplier locations for risk assessment and compliance monitoring The ideal candidate for this role should possess skills in various areas such as Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Risk Management, Communication, Change Management, Data Analysis, Incident Management, and Talent Management, among others.
