Role & responsibilities 1. PARTICIPATE IN A VARIETY OF RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES SO THAT THE ORGANIZATIONS RECRUITMENT PROCESS IS EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE. 2. REGULARLY TOUR ALL THE BRANCHES OF ALL THE REGIONS. 3. TO REGULARLY IMPART TRAINING ON "CODE OF CONDUCT", LOOK INTO GRIEVANCES, INDUCTION OF EMPLOYEES AT BRANCH AND REGIONAL OFFICES 4. TO LEAD A TEAM OF RECRUITERS BASED OUT OF REGIONAL OFFICES, IDENTIFY TRAINING NEEDS, IMPART TRAINING AND EVALUATE POST TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS FOR ALL RECRUITMENT OFFICERS OF REGIONAL OFFICES 5. TO BE THE SPOC FROM HR FOR ALL THE BRANCHES OF ALL THE REGIONS FOR WORK RELATED TO RECRUITMENT 6. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE END TO END RECRUITMENT PROCESS WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED TAT 7. TO INITIATE CONTACT AND SETUP RELATIONSHIPS WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES FOR CAMPUS RECRUITMENT 8. TO IDENTIFY AND EXECUTE VARIED SOURCE OF RECRUITMENT TECHNIQUES APART FROM THE TRADITIONAL SOURCES LIKE PORTALS 9. PREPARE, MAINTAIN AND PRESENT RECRUITMENT REPORTS TO REPORTING MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT AS AND WHEN ASKED. Preferred candidate profile MASTERS PREFERABLE (EDUCATION) MINIUMUM EXPERIENCE OF 7 YEARS + IN TALENT ACQUISITION GOOD COMMUNICATION TEAM HANDLING EXPERIENCE PREFERABLE
