Job Description

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidate must have stability in his career with a cibil score 700+.
  • Experience in unsecured loans (PL/BL) majorly.
  • Must have handled at least 2 -3 states (Larger geography) for minimum 3 - 5 yrs in his career.
  • Mumbai candidate will manage Mumbai, MH, Gujarat, Goa, MP and West Bengal AND Delhi candidate will manage Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, UP, Bihar.
  • Experience in handling a good headcount along with agency management of atleast 5+.
  • Must have handled at least 3000 - 4000 cases of pref recovery (Hard bucket) cases and flow. 
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Preferred industry: Small NBFC/Fintech/SFB/Bank
