Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Candidate must have stability in his career with a cibil score 700+. Experience in unsecured loans (PL/BL) majorly. Must have handled at least 2 -3 states (Larger geography) for minimum 3 - 5 yrs in his career. Mumbai candidate will manage Mumbai, MH, Gujarat, Goa, MP and West Bengal AND Delhi candidate will manage Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, UP, Bihar. Experience in handling a good headcount along with agency management of atleast 5+. Must have handled at least 3000 - 4000 cases of pref recovery (Hard bucket) cases and flow. Proficiency in English and Hindi. Preferred industry: Small NBFC/Fintech/SFB/Bank
