Regional Field & Channel Marketing Manager

You will lead the development and implementation of the integrated go-to-market plan in the region/sub-region/country(ies) to align with sales teams" revenue and margin goals. This includes the design of channel sell-through and sell-out programs, demand generation for channel marketers, and brand building initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve creating, driving, supporting, and executing integrated communication and messaging plans for both outbound (customers, consumers) and inbound (Sales team) audiences. Additionally, you will manage the placement and communications at trade shows, events, end-user seminars, and channel conferences. It is important to coordinate regional/country initiatives and ensure alignment with Global Marketing efforts. You will also oversee the management and development of agency base and key vendors such as creative, media, BTL, PR, and road teams to facilitate the creation and execution of marketing strategies. Providing insights into product portfolio definition for the region/sub-region/country(ies) will be part of your role.
