Job Description

As the Regional Workplace Experience Lead for the Asia Pacific region, your primary role will involve leading and implementing Workplace Experience Program initiatives in collaboration with operational and support teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of workplace experience services, overseeing internal communications, and driving employee engagement initiatives across a portfolio of client sites. The location for this role will be in Pune, India, with occasional travel within the AsPAC region. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and build relationships with business partners and client groups - Plan, manage, and implement site-specific Workplace Experience Program initiatives - Collaborate with the Global Workplace Experience team to ensure global consistency - Promote Workplace Experience initiatives to business leadership and identify key areas of support for business units - Engage business resource groups and communities with support from the Communications Team - Report on progress, share innovation and best practices, and celebrate successes - Manage customer relationships by demonstrating leadership, effective communication skills, and prioritizing performance delivery - Build and maintain client relationships by working collaboratively with local clients to develop, communicate, deliver, and report shared goals and objectives Qualifications Required: - Strong foundation and experience in workplace experience program management, corporate real estate workplace services, hospitality, employee engagement and communications management, and guest relations management - Leadership skills and a strong focus on customer-centric workplace service solutions - Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and customers - Experience in developing engagement strategies to enhance workplace experience and employee satisfaction - Proficiency in collaborating with partners for Workplace Strategies and Change Management programs Additional Company Details: The company emphasizes on promoting and delivering Workplace Experience initiatives, developing a business case for program pilots, supporting stakeholder development efforts, and identifying key themes to support program objectives. You will also be required to collaborate with partners for Workplace Strategies and Change Management programs and provide intelligence on engagement channels that work effectively for your regions.,
