We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of School Operations to take charge of the end-to-end administration of PSBB group of schools. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in managing multiple schools, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and fostering growth. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Oversee operations across all schools to ensure efficiency and compliance. - Manage infrastructure, facilities, and maintenance to create a top-notch learning environment. - Lead branding and marketing initiatives to support growth and student admissions. - Implement best practices to optimize processes and improve school performance. - Collaborate closely with the head of schools and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations. - Supervise budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation. - Engage with stakeholders including parents, boards, and authorities. **Desired Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - A minimum of ten years of experience in managing and/or leading school operations, with a successful track record in marketing and enrollment management. - Proven ability to lead and oversee multidisciplinary teams while effectively collaborating with external partners. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of compiling and analyzing complex data. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities. - Effective organizational and project management skills. - Proficient problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions. - Demonstrated dedication to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
